This course is set up to teach parents and kids the importance of literacy and mindful breathing in recognizing and managing emotions.

This fun, interactive course gives you 5 amazing stories, read to your child by Erin Sadler, MEd. with corresponding mindful breathing activities.  

Beyond stories and mindful breathing activities, this course also includes a webinar for parents about what's going on in their child's brain and why being aware of emotions and helping their child learn to regulate emotions is a skill that will wire their brains for success.

Parents and children will also have access to a mindful game and yoga flow as well as reading tips for parents.
